Providend Associate Adviser Programme

The Providend Associate Adviser Programme is designed to nurture our next generation of leaders and professionals who are passionate in the area of financial advisory. Under this programme, you will undergo various learning phases where you will have the opportunity to be mentored by a Senior Client Adviser and rotate to Advisory and Operations departments to equip yourself with the necessary knowledge and skills to advise and implement solutions for our clients.

  • Is driven, tenacious and possess a strong sense of ethics,
  • Good team player who can work independently and diligently,
  • Has a diploma/bachelor in any discipline.

Executive, Learning & Knowledge

Job Description

Reporting to the Head, Finance & People, we are actively seeking for an individual who is passionate in learning and development, and ingenious in helping us to implement our knowledge management strategy. The main functions of this exciting position include but are not limited to the following:

  • Partnering with various Department Heads and Team Leads to conduct research on emerging trends to identify learning needs and support development plans for employees
  • Working with subject matter experts and internal trainers to facilitate learning sessions, enhance course content, curriculum and learning outcomes
  • Managing learner feedbacks and evaluate effectiveness on the learning activities
  • Overseeing and optimising the management, capturing, sharing and accessibility of knowledge assets
  • Coordinating and collaborating with Department Heads and Team Leads to document work processes
  • Developing standards and governance for how knowledge should be captured and shared within the Company
  • Sourcing for, implementing and managing learning and knowledge sharing software
  • Analysing and identifying opportunities for improvement to our knowledge management roadmap

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you will be someone who:

  • Has at least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in learning and development and knowledge management
  • Experience in developing and implementing knowledge sharing programs and its relevant tools
  • Familiar with facilitation and design of learning interventions
  • Knowledgeable of current trends in learning and knowledge technology will be an advantage
  • Possesses initiative, drive and exceptional attention to details
  • Is an independent worker, able to work without much guidance
  • Is a strong team player
  • Is driven, tenacious and possess a strong work ethic
  • Has organizational, analytical, project management and communication skills

Executive, Client Experience

Job Description

Reporting to the Lead, Brand Experience, we are looking for a proactive and resourceful individual to join us to champion client experience across the business. The incumbent will ensure that exceptional experience is continuously delivered to our clients across all channels and platforms. The main functions of this exciting position include but are not limited to the following:

  • Formulates a holistic client experience strategy to drive a differentiated and consistent client experience for our clients
  • Partners closely with various departments and external vendors to optimise client experience environment and exceed clients’ expectations
  • Identifies and implements improvements across the client journey to enhance client experience at each touchpoint
  • Develop efficient and effective client service process to manage client feedbacks and ensure concerns are addressed in a timely and appropriate manner
  • Review and analyse client feedbacks and industry best practices, and communicate findings, suggestions and conclusions to key stakeholders

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you will be someone who:

  • Has at least 2-3 years of relevant working experience
  • Passionate about client experience and solving clients’ concerns
  • Experience in mapping and designing client journey based on clients’ feedback and insights
