Providend Associate Adviser Programme
The Providend Associate Adviser Programme is designed to nurture our next generation of leaders and professionals who are passionate in the area of financial advisory. Under this programme, you will undergo various learning phases where you will have the opportunity to be mentored by a Senior Client Adviser and rotate to Advisory and Operations departments to equip yourself with the necessary knowledge and skills to advise and implement solutions for our clients.

Lead/Senior Executive, Group People & Culture
(Providend Holding Private Limited)
Reporting to the Group Chief Operating Officer, we are actively seeking an individual who is passionate about championing our culture and empowering our people. This individual will play a crucial role in influencing, creating, delivering, and driving the People agenda for the Group. It is an opportunity not to be missed for an individual who desires to grow professionally together with the Group.
The main functions of this exciting position include but are not limited to the following:
- Partnering with various Department Heads and Team Leads to develop people policies, conduct manpower planning, and attract and retain the right people to support the Group’s business strategy
- Working closely with Department Heads and senior management on career path planning, succession planning, performance management and people development to support the growth of our people
- Providing guidance and support to senior management on design, development and administration of compensation and benefits programs
- Managing People operations from onboarding, grievance handling, offboarding, payroll to ensure exceptional employee experience is delivered to our people
- Acting as a guardian of our core values and foster a positive, inclusive and high-performance culture
- Engaging our people, develop strong employee relations with our people, and ensure employee feedback is heard and acted upon
To succeed in this role, you will be someone who:
- Has a Bachelor’s degree with at least 3-5 years of relevant HR working experience
- Has a proven ability to foster positive work environment
- Is resourceful with a strong drive for excellence
- Is willing to partner and build strong internal relations with internal and external stakeholders
- Is knowledgeable of current trends of HR practices
- Possesses initiative, drive and exceptional attention to details
- Is an independent worker, able to work without much guidance
- Is a strong team player
- Is tenacious and possess a strong work ethic
- Has organisational, analytical, project management and communication skills
- Has professional HR certification such as IHRP or SHRM, which could be an advantage
