Jerome Song, CA, CEPA®
Associate Director, Business Exit
As a Business Exit Adviser at Providend, Jerome helps business owners create plans that will address their business, financial and personal challenges while providing them a clear path to achieve their goals.
As a business owner and managing businesses as a senior management executive in his past corporate life, Jerome understands the challenges of business owners. A majority of their net worth is tied up in their company and the constraints of valuation practices that do not reflect the company’s true value.
His mission is to provide these business owners with peace of mind knowing that they are not going through the process alone and getting proper holistic advice to maximise its value and growth potential and achieve a successful outcome for their next phase of life.
Jerome holds a Bachelor of Accounting from Cardiff University and is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore with the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA). He brings with him a wealth of experience spanning more than 20 years in finance, mergers and acquisitions, strategy and people development.
Outside of work, Jerome is a budding chef and loves to cook for his family. He runs a restobar and always enjoys a beer and conversations with customers.
