Chief Operating Officer & Executive Director
Moon is the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director of Providend. She spent 6 years heading a section of the Financial & Management Accounting with Temasek Polytechnic, before joining the Providend family in 2008 as the Finance Manager.
She attained her Bachelor of Business Administration majoring in Finance from the University of Toledo in the United States and furthered her studies with the Nanyang Technological University for her Master of Business Administration in Accountancy. She is also currently a Chartered Accountant (Singapore) of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.
Moon is relentless in her pursuit in achieving excellence and leads her team to accomplish work efficiencies for Providend. She successfully spearheaded the development and implementation of the Enterprise Resource Planning system which improved productivity within the firm and streamlined processes for Providend’s clients.

Daily strength/core training or jogging for 30 minutes except for Sunday (rest day)

Korean so that I can relate better with my youngest daughter who is crazy about K-pop now
Proudest mother moment
When my daughters are happy. Seeing how their hard work pay off through their accomplishments and seeing how they help their friends who are weaker in studies
Advice for my younger self
No need to try hard to impress people who do not know you with something that you do not own. Be yourself and be authentic
